What the PageSpeed optimization service includes
We test representative URLs rather than drawing conclusions from one homepage run. The test set may include landing pages, article templates, category pages, products, cart, checkout and logged-in flows.
Evidence collection
We combine PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, Chrome performance traces, network waterfalls and server measurements. When field data exists, it defines the affected device, country and URL patterns; lab traces reproduce the cause.
Prioritized implementation
Recommendations are ranked by user impact, business risk and development effort. We then implement the agreed fixes: critical rendering changes, asset reduction, responsive media, font delivery, JavaScript sequencing, cache policy, backend response and third-party governance.
Verification
The same profiles are repeated after implementation. We test navigation, forms, consent, analytics and revenue-critical interactions so a faster report does not hide a functional regression.
Deliverables
- Baseline covering representative templates and mobile conditions.
- Bottleneck report tied to specific resources, tasks or server work.
- Implemented high-impact fixes within the agreed scope.
- Before-and-after measurements and functional QA notes.
- Performance budget and recommendations for future releases.
Choose the right scope
Use this service when the platform is custom, the cause is unclear or you need an independent technical diagnosis. Platform-specific work is available for WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify.
